Course Access Time

All of our programs are self-paced and open enrollment, so you can start them when you want and finish them at your own pace. Most programs allow you 180 days after you register to complete them. If you need more time, extensions are available.

Instructor

Max Ansari, MSEE P.Eng., a professional engineer, is the instructor for this course. He has been a professor in the process technology department at one of the largest community colleges in the country. Max also has extensive engineering, operational, and adult-training experience in pulp and paper mills, oil refineries, and power plants.

Prerequisites/Audience

To enroll in this program, you should have basic keyboarding and computer skills, and be comfortable navigating the Internet and using e-mail. You should have a high school diploma or the equivalent.

This program is for you if you seek entry-level employment in a paper mill.
