The courses present the ASQ Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge in a simulation workshop application oriented manner using a project simulation that takes the participants through the D-M-A-I-C process improvement methodology. The course format was developed around a Train-and-Do approach. Classroom activities will include a combination of lecture and simulation exercises.
